A Special Dinner to Support the Renovation of the Oude Kerk in Amsterdam: 13 September

We are invited by the Harvard Club to join them and 800 other guests for dinner to celebrate the upcoming reopening of the “Oude Kerk” in Amsterdam and to support renovation of the Vater-Müller organ.
The “Oude Kerk” which is located at the “Oudekerksplein” is the oldest building in Amsterdam. This is a monument which in many respects can be seen as a record of the history of Amsterdam. The restoration of the “Oude Kerk” has been performed in several phases and the financing of the project started in 1938 with an initial gift from Queen Wilhelmina.
During the evening guests are invited to walk around and admire the results the interior: The Stained glass windows, Period Rooms, Monuments and Memorials, Quire and Nave, Vault Paintings and Ornaments, Procession Boats, etc.
Date: Friday 13th September 2013
Time: 18:00 – 21:30 hours
Price: €27,50 per person (tables of 8 persons each)
Registration: Deadline for registration and payment August 24st , but please register and pay as soon as possible by e-mail harvardnlevents@gmail.com with your name and name(s) of guest(s). HCN will make reservations for tables with the Oude Kerk, according to number of payments.
